Focus and Scope
Pucuk Rebung: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed scholarly articles that report on the results of community service and empowerment activities. The journal is multidisciplinary in nature, accepting manuscripts from a diverse range of academic fields applied to solve societal problems. The primary scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following fields:

Education: Training programs for teacher competency and professional development, development of innovative learning media and teaching methodologies for schools and communities, literacy, numeracy, and academic mentoring initiatives for the public, and character and entrepreneurship education for the younger generation.
Engineering: Application of appropriate technology to enhance the productivity of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), development of small-scale infrastructure (e.g., sanitation, clean water, renewable energy), technical and vocational training for community members, and engineering innovations for environmental solutions.
Agriculture: Empowerment of farmer groups through modern and sustainable agricultural practices, development of post-harvest technology to increase the value of agricultural products, food security programs and agricultural product diversification, and extension services on livestock health and fisheries management.
Social Sciences and Humanities: Community economic empowerment through cooperatives, village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), or joint business groups, legal assistance and policy advocacy for vulnerable groups, strengthening of social institutions and the preservation of local wisdom, adn models for conflict resolution and social development at the community level.
Computer Science and Information Technology: Digital literacy programs for diverse community groups, development of information systems for villages, schools, or SMEs, utilization of social media and e-commerce for marketing local products, and training in cybersecurity and digital ethics.
Health: Public health education programs on nutrition, sanitation, and healthy lifestyles, prevention programs for communicable and non-communicable diseases (e.g., stunting, diabetes), support for integrated health service posts (Posyandu) and community health workers, and development of evidence-based herbal products and traditional medicine.
