Pucuk Rebung: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada MasyarakatDear Sir/Madam,
We hereby inform you that the issues of Pucuk Rebung: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat scheduled for May 2024 and November 2024 cannot be published as originally planned.
This situation has arisen due to a serious disruption to our journal system, namely a malware attack and the infiltration of online gambling content into the information technology infrastructure used by the journal. This incident has affected:

The security and integrity of manuscript data and the editorial process; and
-
The reliability and appropriateness of the journal website as a credible medium for scholarly publication.
As an expression of our academic responsibility and adherence to publication ethics, we have decided to:
-
Postpone and cancel the publication of the May 2024 and November 2024 issues, in order to ensure that only manuscripts managed within a secure and integrity-assured system are published; and
-
Undertake system recovery and strengthening, including malware removal, closure of security vulnerabilities, and ensuring that all content related to online gambling sites has been removed and is no longer connected to the journal website.
We extend our sincerest apologies to:

All authors, for the delay in the publication of their manuscripts;
-
All reviewers, for the disruption to the smooth conduct of the peer-review process; and
-
All readers, for any inconvenience experienced in accessing journal issues during this period.
Manuscripts that have been submitted and are currently in process will be re-managed for consideration in subsequent issues once the system has been declared fully secure and suitable for scholarly publication. Further information regarding rescheduling and technical follow-up will be communicated through the official journal website and/or the registered email addresses of authors.
We thus convey this notice. We thank you for your attention, understanding, and cooperation.
